Join us for the Unity of Effort Celebration August 10, 2024

The Unity of Effort celebration takes place Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, at the Security Services Northwest headquarters in Sequim, WA.

Security Services Northwest will host the event from 10 am to 8 pm at its company headquarters, 250 Center Park Way in Sequim. The Unity of Effort is free and open to the public.

“The event has developed from having an armored car, fire truck and an ostrich to having helicopters, representatives of multiple branches of the armed services and dozens of local first responders,” says SSNW president Joe D’Amico.

 

Expect to see a variety of displays, vendor booths and show-and-tell exhibits from fire districts, law enforcement, the U.S. military and Washington State agencies.

Highlights include:

• Tours of first responder equipment and helicopters.

• Musical performances

• Kids activities including arts and crafts, jump house, and “straw toy find.”

• Personnel and equipment from local, state and federal law enforcement, fire districts, military, and other emergency response agencies.

• Helicopter static displays from US Army, US Navy, and Airlift Northwest.

Food service will be available from a selection of food truck vendors parked on site.
